  1. TAPE is a business in the retail industry which markets footwear, apparel and accessories.
  2. Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form.
  3. Final invoice amount to be paid in full before shipping. Goods will only be shipped once full amount reflects in sender's account.
  4. Please note orders under R1000 will include a shipping fee of R100.00
  5. In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur resulting in refunds.
  6. Handling time may vary from 2-5 working days on average depending on the dispatch load. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.
  7. A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
  8. We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 60 days. At this stage we will issue a full refund and make arrangements with the customer.
  9. TAPE takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return - customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment. Additional fees may apply for shoes with special or oversized packaging.
  10. All sales are final. No refunds. This is most applicable to incorrect size choice by the customer.
  11. Returns are accepted in very specific instances, and are subject to agreement to the RETURNS POLICY
  12. Clearance/Sale product: may not be refunded or exchanged. All Clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
  13. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.
  14. Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.
  15. Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
  16. In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.
  17. All orders are shipped with relevant labels.
  18. All shoes and clothing are 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all shoes offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.
  19. This site serves as a full online footwear, apparel and accessories store and nothing else; no other items will be billed or shipped from this site.
  20. TAPE takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
  21. TAPE accepts various secure payment methods.
  22. Credit card transactions will be acquired for TAPE via Peach Payments (Pty) Ltd. Peach Payments uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.peachpayments.com to view their security certificate and security policy.
  23. TAPE has no access to card details entered by the client on Peach Payment’s secure site.
  24. TAPE accepts payments through OZOW.
  25. OZOW uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details and/or banking details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.ozow.com to view their security certificate and security policy.
  26. TAPE has no access to card and/or bank details entered by the client on OZOW’s secure site.
  27. TAPE takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.
  28. TAPE may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
