Returns & Exchanges

  1. No cash refunds, only exchanges.
  2. Refunds will only be given in the event of goods having a factory fault.
  3. Clearance/Sale product may not be refunded or exchanged. All clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
  4. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.
  5. In the event of a return due to a TAPE fault, TAPE will cover full shipping fees incurred.
  6. To log a return/exchange click “My Account” followed by “My Orders”. Select the item that you would like to return/exchange and complete with your information. Once it has been approved by TAPE your account will be credited with store credit.
  7. Refunds can take up to 5 working days.
